No.
Everyone would doubt it though  ;D

And I believe only small percentage of people are really offended for man saying that.
I have grabbed my share of womens asses when I was young and no one time was any of them offended or angry. That's how it goes in night life.
That's how most of the one night stands or even relationships begun; guy getting on skin of girl.
But could I say that aloud if I was running for president  :D

In any other country but here you could.  The SJW culture does not like free speech.

I wouldn't say it anywhere except Saudi-Arabia

Women are like chicken: the feminist chicken acts offended and she's the one screaming the loudest. Other chickens follow and start aping the feminist chicken.
And then we have the cuckolds following the female chickens who start to scream too.

If you try really hard, you can be outraged by just about anything.

People are getting really good at it.  Practice makes perfect

Well, she's a lesbian so she doesn't care much about dicks.

At bars and dance clubs?  Still rude, but a lot different that say, at work, on the street, at the gym.  And I'm sure some of the women you grabbed were offended or angry, but women know that if they show it, they could end up in more danger.  It's why so many straight women like going out to the gay dance clubs.  They don't get manhandled.

When I was a cute young thing at the gay bars, drunk guys would occasionally grab me inappropriately (as they or I walked by).  I quickly learned how to hook their thumb with my thumb and bend it backwards.  They learned not to do it again.

Where was the "Outrage" about the head of the FBI not only giving immunity to everyone involved with Hillary's emails, but allowing them to destroy evidence, and then saying he didn't have enough evidence to recommend charges? Yeah, no shit.

I can't tell you how many times I have been harassed by gays, its nuts.  Whenever I am out alone without my wife, they always try to flirt with me or test the waters and it borders on sexual harassment.

Yes, it is crooked all the way.  Sickening and actually terrifying when you realize these people are making their own rules as they go.  That's what they're doing.

But if you rewind to 1998, the Republican presidential nominee had a very different view of the 42nd president, defending him as the real "victim" in the wake of the fallout of the Monica Lewinsky scandal and blasting the accusers as "terrible" and "unattractive."

He also suggested that Clinton should have kept the scandal -- which he said "should have been nothing -- to himself."

Days after President Clinton admitted to having an inappropriate relationship with former White House intern Monica Lewinsky, Trump said Clinton was a “victim” and critiqued the physical appearances of various women with whom Clinton had been accused of having extramarital relations at different times.
