WASHINGTON (WUSA9) - Donald Trump's Virginia campaign chair was fired for organizing a protest outside of the Republican National Convention.
Corey Stewart was fired Monday, according to the deputy campaign manager for Donald J. Trump.
Dave Bossie the deputy campaign manager for Trump released the following statement on Monday:
"Former Virginia State Chairman Corey Stewart is no longer affiliated with the Donald J. Trump for President campaign. He is being replaced, effective immediately. Corey made this decision when he staged a stunt in front of the RNC without the knowledge or the approval of the Trump campaign."
Campaign Manager Kellyanne Conway added: "We have a tremendous working relationship with the RNC. Chairman Reince Priebus has been an engaged and incredibly supportive ally to Mr. Trump throughout the campaign. The Chairman and his top executives, Katie Walsh and Sean Spicer, have stood shoulder to shoulder with us as we have enhanced our field team, data operation, fundraising and ground game efforts over the past couple of months."

PERHAPS.... Ryan realized Trump wasn't like to win BUT was very likely to use up a LOT of RNC resources while losing. Maybe Reince and/or Ryan decided it was better to just surrender the presidency now - using this leaked tape - so that the next 28 days' worth of dollars could be used on senate, house, governor races?
It's not a bad idea, actually, if they truly believed Trump wouldn't win. Prez hillary will suck, but losing the HOUSE AND the senate would be a disaster. The crazy war within the GOP is gonna be something we've never seen though.

See, I think every time we hear about the affair - WOMEN voters pity hillary because her piece of shit man cheated.
And trump has SO MUCH good garbage to drop on hilary, all her flaws - but he keeps going back to the thing which helps her with women. Whoever wins the women vote wins the election. In the years repubs won women (80, 84, 88, 2000, 2004, 2010), they did very well.
Trump could have just as easily had the 4 Benghazi families sitting there - and THAT would have been powerful and effective.

Why would he endorse someone who has done nothing (just like all the rest of the repubcrats)? He has actually taken a stand and said what needs to be said and exposed the system for what it is.

Steve Bannon, the chairman of the right-wing news outlet Breitbart who became CEO of Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, gave explicit orders to his staff to destroy Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.).
On editorial conference calls, the Breitbart chairman would often say “Paul Ryan is the enemy,” according to a source who worked with Bannon at the news organization.
In December 2015, weeks after Ryan became Speaker, Bannon wrote in an internal Breitbart email obtained by The Hill that the “long game” for his news site was for Ryan to be “gone” by the spring.
In the Dec. 1 email, Breitbart’s Washington editor, Matt Boyle, suggested to Bannon via email that a story promoting Ryan’s planned overhaul of the mental health system would be a good way to “open a bridge” to Ryan. Bannon wasn’t keen on the idea.
“I’ve got a cure for mental health issue,” Bannon wrote to Boyle. “Spank your children more.”

We were promised a lot of thing when he became Speaker with both House and Senate majority.
There are no more excuses that he constantly passes the budget that adds trillions to our national debt. Off the top of my head I can't name one GOOD, not great, thing that he has done as Speaker (besides grandstand).
