Title: Kevin Levrone 8 months out
Post by: 8 INCH not biceps on October 12, 2016, 06:54:48 AM
Now that I'm not racing against the clock my body is responding daily. Im staying on the grind keeping the diet clean. Making some calorie adjustments next week that will put me in that growth spurt time period. Guys the best time to grow is 4 weeks + after a show. I'm looking forward to what the next 8 full months of training will bring. You guys have inspired me so much you have no idea. So here we go. Updated photo SHAAABOOM ! God be the glory brother

How did he go from having the some of the largest delts in pro bodybuilding, to having the smallest?  They've deflated like crazy...
The arms still look good, though...

i think he was not really satiesfied by his result of this first comeback (and placing at the Olympia). Maybe Levrone can come a few % better next time (?), but  "aging" is also still there. I don´t see him as a top 6 or even top 10 Olympia Candidate in the future. Hope he is doing those "comeback´s" not only because he needs $$$$ to pay his bills.

p.s.  no question, he Looks good for a + 50 Man....but there´are still other older Athletes like Strydom (now 56 years)....last year photo ? (for 55 not bad....)

As per usual, he looks great on selfies, but when standing in a lineup, he almost disappears.

First thing I noticed too. His pecs look so much different than they used to. They are so flat and deflated. Shouldn't heavy benching bring them back in size?

Same pose from the late 90's. Not even in the same league. Missing the mass and fullness he once had. There's no roundness and or pop factor anymore. His delts are shrunken, his pecs are non-existent. He really needs to bulk up to make any kind of serious dent. 205-220 pounds isn't going to cut it.

Kevin is seriously 40 times more interesting to follow than heath

Heath with all his bloated mass draws NO interest

Kevin might be the one who brings it back to aestethics

Of course he Doesn't look as good as he did in his "prime!", but.... who cares?!?! He is so god Damm motivating!, The Mr O has turned  into the most boring predictable contest on the planet Levrone 's comeback is a breath of Fresh air! ...so many people were watching the Mr Olympia this year just because of Kevin (  how can you knock or not be inspired by that?!?!) sit back ... and enjoy the show! ( because it won't last forever)

Looks a bit light compared to the form that rolled LOYD up as a blunt and smoked him.

most of the people saying this are the ones who followed bbing in the 80's and 90's

Today with social media blowing up like crazy not so much, the young crowd could give two shits about this, "aesthetics" belong in classic bbing and men's physique

Kevin is intresting to follow bcz of the progress...he does progress quick!

Lets see how far he can take it after these 8 moths...I dont think there will be a dramatic change unfortunately...

But if there is, we all would be curious let him do one more year...

It the progress is small/no existent he should give up the thong!

He was a HW in that photo and a SHW at North Americans

Levrone is not aesthetic anymore anyway. Blocky waist and no chest.
