Let's discount '93 altogether because we know that will win.
I think second place (although I prefer it personally) is his '92 USA form. Holy shit he looks great.

I also kinda like '96 NOC. This was pre-Ninjas, and far enough after the accident that he started to get his shit together somewhat. After '97 it too much oil...

Tiny pecs, thin legs and 0 traps. Not a fan. After 1993, he just wasn't impressive anymore imo.

Agreed, he think he had some great poses but he looked fragile, little pencil neck, overrated imo.
