Title: Bruce Randall - Flat Bench Press
Post by: Big Flat Bench on October 14, 2016, 05:09:37 PM
Bruce Randall once told me the single most important exercise is the Flat Bench Press. In his mind, heavy Good Mornings are number 2. I disagree with him on number 2. I think it is the Olympic Style Squat.

And?

Doug Hepburn had an interesting life, used LSD to curtail depression and alcoholism in what must have been a very odd experience -

http://books.google.com/books?id=WJCSAwAAQBAJ&pg=PA30&lpg=PA30&dq=doug+hepburn+lsd&source=bl&ots=DaKf2nUHF3&sig=ROtAkwTKMl403XGdJl-rqq0a9EM&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjv08L89NzPAhXFeT4KHUrcC4sQ6AEIQjAG#v=onepage&q=doug%20hepburn%20lsd&f=false .

He also shows up in a documentary on the subject that sadly, I forgot the name of.

Also you can check out Randall here, seems his tummy suffered a bit from that huge bulk he ran -

I see in another post you claim to be the only real M.D. on the forum. I think that is a lie.

I still have a 110 lb set of Billard standard weights. The holes are bigger than most standard weights by maybe half an inch.

In my opinion, I believe you to be a liar. That's not apt to change.

Again, I think you are a fraud and a liar. Further, I've no interest in humoring you further with any more attention.

Good, go back to posting under your main account. This gimmick had no potential anyway.
