hes slimmed down over the years slowly for movies. Hes still muscular and all, but then again its not everyday you can see what everybody thinks to be a muscle man(Dwayne Johnson) next to an actual muscle man(bob)

Looks the same size to me. But he did lose weight when he left wrestling and obviously he is standing next to a mass monster.

Nothing is "wrong" with them, I think he just has short Vastus Lateralis (outer quad) muscle bellies, hence the unusual shape.

four weeks out,I would have thought he would have been alot harder myself , idealy you want to be at your desired bodyfat levels 2 weeks out, I can see a lot of dehydration being used for the show, as he looks to still be carrying 3-4% to much body fat !!!
Then you run the risk of coming in stringy by trying to rid the last %s of bodyfat to fast as your time dwindels away !!
Just a obsevation from the photos, but I am sure bob will have it under control , I hpoe any how

Let's be real...that front double biceps is the only pose Bob looks good in. He has horrible shoulder/arm tie-ins which makes his rear double biceps, side biceps, and most muscular all look lame. He's never looked good in any of the rear poses because he lacks the back thickness and dryness in the legs. And his chest is not shaped well. It all adds up to one great pose (admittedly) and nothing else.
As for those turnip thighs, that's been his thing since he was a teen. Nothing new there.

Bob really not that far from replicating the condition that posted in those pic's. Keep in mind guy's .. he still has 4 weeks, and the light in those gym shot's are a lot different than stage lights. As long as he does'nt do anything drastic, he'll be ready come showtime.

Prince had bigger issues than staying big....like staying alive. How many of you guys won the USA, turned pro, made magazine covers etc... Tom is an incredibly bright guy (numerous degrees) and kudos to him for changing his lifestyle. You a-holes remember anybody named Munzer...Benaziza..Long. . or should I go on. You dont hear fans of the NFL going shit..that Jim Brown cant run like he use to. Other sports hold their retired champions on a pedestal..bodybuilding casts them aside as skinny used-up shadows of their former selves. Sad.

I do agree with you. People get really stupid about retired bodybuilders being down in size. I have seen several Dorian Yates or Lou Ferrigno threads talking about how small they had gotten ::) And, of course, the threads about Arnold when he had heart surgery. We admire the pros because of their unnatural size, but then we criticize them because of the means they use to get it.

I believe it was not long after his rotator cuff surgery which was after the heart surgery.

It's funny to see Prince now, after they had the article in Flex where he said he was trying to make a comeback by using a fraction of what he used to take before, almost saying he took "next to nothing in bodybuilding terms". Well, there's a picture of him and I guess that's what you look like when he's truly clean. It's a good reality check and shows that receptors play a huge part in bodybuilding and that someone who's an awesome pro might look like crap when natural.

Agree on everything. Bodyfat should be taken care of 2-3 weeks out, then it's just cruising into the show, "manipulating the water" and shit like that.
Cicherillo hasn't competed in quite some time, and therefore he has no excuse to not be at his all time best. Unless he's had injuries or shit like that holding him back.
I think he'll have quite a few good years ahead of him, if he peaks for a show once a year, instead of the crazy shit that a lot of Pro's seems to be doing, compete throughout the year.

It was never my goal. In terms of bbing, I was bitten by the bug but always knew that I did not have the genetic potential to turn pro, much less be successful as one. So, I gave it my best. Got it out of my system, and moved on to something I could excel at. I might add, that even if I did have the gentics to take it all the way, I still would not have. I like my kidneys & I like cheese cake.

It was never my goal. In terms of bbing, I was bitten by the bug but always knew that I did not have the genetic potential to turn pro, much less be successful as one. So, I gave it my best. Got it out of my system, and moved on to something I could excel at. I might add, that even if I did have the gentics to take it all the way, I still would not have. I like my kidneys & I like cheese cake.

I rarely post on here because I rather train, prepare, eat my food, do my cardio and spend time with my wife and daughter.
This whole lets hate on Bob and Tom thing is getting really old. Especially hating on Tom. Its obvious he doesnt train like he used to due to other priorities in his life. And lets face it, Bob looks pretty darn good. He is a cool guy who is doing way better than most pros. Hes got alot of good things going on in his life.
I see him at all the Jon Lindsay Shows and he is always in good shape and nice to talk to.
Too bad most of you dont really know these guys, if you did you would agree that they are good guys with alot of experience between them. Instead of hating on them, you would think they are good decent guys. Hate on me if you want, but I wont engage, Im focused on my training for the USA and with a wife and kid, a good job and a home to take care of, I dont have the time for negetivity.
