every year people make new year resolutions, but im thinking of making mine the 1st of november that way im waaay ahead of everyone on january 1st!
what do you guys think? pretty sweet idea huh! join me so we can get to work starting in 2 weeks!

thats exactly what im gonna do. and when january 1st comes i will do it again for a total of 4 weeks of training! (which is more than most getbiggers i might add)

ok so i am a little behind but i plan to start sunday or tuesday
my plan is full body three times a week.
5 exercises. 3 sets. reps of 10. keep it simple doing this week after week after week = gains.

thanks guys! its not easy to get back to the gym after months off
but by limiting the gymtime to just 3 times a week i think i can fit it in my busy schedule

im happy to say that im so far keeping my promise i have not missed one time at the gym since november!
