From natural sources, it's not dangerous, unless you have kidney problems. From processed crap protein, it might give you issues.If you do keto it's actually not that high.

Too much food is bad. Look at these folks that live to 100 and over, like the Japanese. They eat diets of rice and fish in small quantities. I'm not saying eating a shit ton of food doesn't give you a good feeling, it's just too much strain on the body.

If using steroids then not maximising your protein intake would be a bit of a waste for your cycle.
For a natural, very high protein is a waste, calories is what will make you bigger or smaller.
