Seriously gotta wonder does he laugh, cry, or is he proud of his "accomplishment"?
Kind of rediculous that this may be his most lasting legacy and contribution to bodybuilding.
Has he ever commented on his views on Palumboism? He talks about a lot of stuff and seems pretty open but I've never seen him comment directly on this topic.

Bump. Serious question!
-
He fucking loves it. Happy now bitch?
-
Probably hurts his feelings I like Dave.
-
I'll ask him today as I need to talk to him this week on some business
-
If he's willing to go out in public with what looks like shoe polish on his scalp, he clearly doesn't give a crap about what others think of him.

Breaking news : Dave Polumbo nominated for the 2017 Nobel Prize in medicine.
Credible sources claim it was his cutting edge research into one of the most misunderstood conditions in meathedz.

Me too. Working with him to copyright "Palumboism".
-
Probably better than the 1st guy to give or receive the very 1st prostate exam...
-
I don't think he ever publicly addressed this.
-
I'd venture to guess he doesn't enjoy it.

Mirin' that vacuum?
I listen to RxMuscle occasionally, and he does bring up the fact that he doesn't have very good bone structure (to put it lightly). His last bodybuilding appearances were in 2004, and he honestly didn't look that different from 2002, which was arguably his best year (whatever that means). Palumboism refers to a guest appearance he made in 2003 where his arms and legs seemed to have melted and his midsection looked blown out.

Maybe he was super depleted or dehydrated, or maybe he overdieted or was off cycle at the time, and that's what made his legs and arms shrink up so much. Big Ramy's arms shrunk up at the prejudging this year, but they grew back by the next day. Palumbo's arms and legs grew back in 2004 for a few shows and appearances before he ended up in prison, so I think it's a bit of a stretch to say that there was some kind of mysterious medical condition that caused his arms and legs to permanently deflate and his midsection to blow out. Remember that his midsection was always huge and barrel-like, so it would just appear even bigger when the limbs aren't there.

I think Palumbo's problem was that he always looks like dogshit no matter how big or small he got. His abdomen was huge and atrocious whether he was a big pile of dogshit or an overdieted dangly-limbed slightly-smaller piece of dogshit.

Instead of Rx muscle, Dave should have started a site called Palumboism...And just ran with it.

nerdoldnerdith, that's because palumboe was never meant to be big, but he pushed it anyway with the drug excess to make up for having awful genetics for size. He was a tiny, scrawny little dude who blew up in just a couple of years.

The fact he put it there in the first place would suggest otherwise

True but poor generics makes his achievements all the more impressive. He really did break new barriers in taking it to the 300 pounds + era.

I want to know who coined that term??

Pretty damn good physique here, and early on in his career, it's crazy how overloading drugs ruins your physique.
-
i think its pretty obvious that he just took everything too far and i think he would agree with that nowadays.
thats what obsession can lead to.

Yes that was the sweet spot for him. In sure he regrets taking it beyond that level now.

I'm sure NO ONE in the real word has the balls to ask him that question to his face. Want to be the first person to try? ;)

That's why I'm doing it online :). But surely the topic must have come up in conversation? Ric Draison should do a special episode on it.
-
compare him to Kevin in his 50s... lol
-
people don't ask dave in real life because they know the consequences if they have to fight him and they know that there hands will stink of gasoline and turpentine for at least a week from trying to wash off black paint from there knuckles
-
He overdieted on cock which severely depleted his relationship with the Travoltas... a career ending nutritional fuckup.

Bump. Serious question!
From what I heard he seriously tries to avoid the topic... and don't want people to know how hurtful that actually is .
WooSHHHHH BE YE KE
