This has always been a close one in my eyes. Ronnie regressed bigtime between 06-07, but in 06 he still had the crazy mass and brought his usual condition.
Jay brought one of his best ever packages that year, but was it really enough? Was Ronnie's left-side imbalance too glaring by this point?

Ronnie tried to come in too heavy, and it cost him.
I bet the Lee Haney was secretly rooting for Jay. Jay stopped Ronnie from breaking Haney's Olympia streak.

The only time Jay should've possibly been in the mix was 01. He never looked good to me. Huge waist, overrated legs, no glutes, hunchback look...I could go on. He is the worst Mister O of all time in my opinion. Not even close. Jay looks terrible in those shots. Hell I don't think he should have ever been top 3 other than maybe 01.
