The best investment you can make is to buy a cardio machine you wake up in the morning and hop right on the cardio machine on a empty stomach burn some calories then have your breakfast and you are ready for the day, no more driving all the way to the gym just to do cardio so you only have to go on your lifting days.

I brought it for bulking for the winter I notice from the past that when you are consuming high calories on a bulk the cardio helps to keep you lean.

I actually have a quality treadmill in my home.
I should be on each and every morning, but I don't.
Back in '82, I did an hour of cardio each morning by climbing a mountain.

Here is a good trick get up make a strong cup of coffee put on whatever music gets you going and you will be in the mood for cardio.

The ol' caffeine and cardio on an empty belly tip is something I did when I competed.
That's a solid tip and it made me feel a tad guilty about my current slothful morning routine:
1. Wake up, fart in dogs face.
2. Dog licks my balls.
3. I get a nut and jizz on the poor pooch.
4. Dog licks off jizz
5. Dog licks my face :D

I always do my fucking cardio at home on the cycle trainer...70-80minutes total 20min warmup then intervalls. 5x5min 95% max pulse or 2x20min or 10x2min, different shit topping with some 5x20-30sek flat out, all in, in the end...every 4-5 day

yes agree! so many do not do cardio strong enough becaue they think it eat muscle but it does not eat muscle it help muslcle blood flow so cardio is good for muscle not bad for it. intervalls are best but no need for pulse read - you know pulse works because you are working!! 5 days too much cardio though because muscle need rest to grow and will not grow with no rest.

I agree, I was able to get a treadmill super cheap from a gym that was closing, along with a power rack, Olympic barbell, 300 pounds of plates, and dumbells from 10 to 50 for $500, I have a nice little home gym, cardio is super easy to do this way.
