When he was on NO BULL Radio radio back in the day, Dave asked him his stack and he said 3 grams of test was his base not including other stuff.

Perhaps you could use some musle tech & build some muscle on that 10" bicep covered by 20"s of fat.

and perhaps you could come back with something a little better than your sad grade school level insults.  Then again judging from your posts on this site...perhaps not.

Oh brother where do I start? The zangief hair patch, the pasty skin or the fact that you look like you are barely 5' tall and haven't even touched a weight.  Glass houses "HTH"

Seriously, what have you learned from watching ALL those bodybuilding DVDs?  Aside from their "entertainment" value do you really think that was time well spent?

How many bodybuilding DVDs do you own?

good question: they are/were very motivating! (When my friends and I saw " Ronnie Colemans the unbelievable or Dorian Yates blood and guts we kicked up our training to another level) " Mits" old "Battle For The Olympia were also very good ... remember this was before the social media explosion of Facebook and Instagram where the only way to see these guys were in the magazines or on their bodybuilding DVD's, now days bodybuilders post daily clips of them training and eating, I have a lot of them (huge fan of the sport and I still love it and am very passionate about it to this day!).. so they were motivating and entertaining ... boring also lol!, time well spent? I would say so as my friends and I would watch Coleman's video before we went to train... those days were fun!

Not to be mean spirited but this is exactly my point.  Do you really have a better physique as a result of watching ALL those DVDs?  I am willing to bet you do not.  So what precisely was the benefit?  I pick myself up and go train because I want to like what I see when I look in the mirror (of course, I want other dudes to like it too), but I have never needed to watch a DVD or video in order to find or keep that motivation.  Simply seeing the changes in my body was all the motivation I needed.  Sure, cartoonish muscle videos are fun to watch on occasion, but I never watched them thinking that I was going to look like that or that it would take my training to some other, higher, level.  I was self motivated.  Most people who are serious--about anything--are self motivated.  They have to be.  No one ever got in great shape from spending money on a muscle DVD and no one ever will.

Whenever I see people with huge collections of DVDs I often think to myself, "wouldn't you rather have all the money you spent on that, rather than having those DVDs on a shelf collecting dust?"  I can see owning two three or four videos of your favorite guys, or a handful of your favorite Hollywood movies, but a whole bookshelf?  No way.  Total waste.  ::)

can't help but feel a bit sorry for greg. he deserved a sales percentage of the company as they build it upon his marketing. instead he got kicked to the kerb as soon as he wasn't useful anymore. probably got paid in protein tubs as well.

mike,

serious serious question-----why do you consistently INSIST on making threads about you?

you've been doing this FOR YEARS and you don't strike me as some sort of "andy kaufman" type who is "in on the joke" and you're just doing your gimmick

it's ridiculous how many times you've used threads that aren't about you or people are not asking for pics of you and yet you post pics

i mean---do you have no life or not get any sex....and i'm not asking that rhetorically.......why do you do this?

Ouch!  My point exactly.  Getting in shape is not about watching a DVD.  If the first 10 DVDs on your shelf didn't transform your body why do you think #11 will?  What is it they say about "a fool and his money..."  ::)

But seriously, why try to put you down when you obviously compete and train hard? This is a bodybuilding and training forum, people still just attack you instead of manning up and giving a plain compliment. You look like you're in great shape.

Mike, that first pic is horrible. Whoever was the photographer should just hang it up. Lighting was off, processing is off. Looks like you have shit splashed all over you. It doesn't work. You should be able to see your eye color...not have "alien"eyes...you know just black spots. If he's not using an external lighting system or speedlite then he needs someone holding reflectors and has to stop down. The background does nothing and blends in with your "shit splashed" processing skin. The pose is ok but damn this photog, needs to intern with a professional one to learn the ropes. Show him what I wrote and slap his face for charging people for "Momography" photos...you know when a mommy gets a $600 camera and thinks shes a professional photographer because everyone on facebook loves her photos.

HAHAHA oh boy where do I begin.  So we have now established that not only are you small and weak physically and we also know from the fact that you have joined a message board to make fun of people you deem obese you are tremendously weak and insecure mentally.  This in addition to the fact that you don't lift and just come here for the posing trunks.  "C-BuZz" if you want a "battle" stop slaughtering yourself.

You say you want "witty" material then bring something other than "you look like shit" that is neither witty nor clever and coming from someone with your physical limitations is hilariously ignorant. I will give you that your comment about dominating did make me laugh though.

Attack? Haha...No! Mick, I'm not hating just telling you the truth. If you're messing with filters you're not doing this guy a favor. The photo looks like shit. I'm not trying to attack or hate. I'm just telling you the truth and any other real professional would also agree. If he is "great" as you say, the background does nothing for you and you're standing way to close to it...whatever it is. Listen, Just because he's a fan of bodybuilding doesn't make him a great or even good photographer. Just like shooting a bunch of models and hot women don't make you a great photographer. The pose is good and I get the ripped t-shirt but the processing or filter you say makes it look bad and the background is just not doing anything.
I mean if the background is not important to the telling of a story at least step down and the bokeh will increase making you(the subject) pop. I don't know what the photographer is trying to put fourth with this photo....I see you, a ripped shirt and you're standing in front of a garage door. Are you a mechanic? Are you a blue collar worker? I just don't know.

I don't care if you buy DVD's of Colt Steele. I think you look great. Find a new photographer. If they're not shooting with the top of the line Canon or Nikon they are not serious. In fact real studio photographers that shoot exclusive in studio shots shoot with a Hasselblad .
Hope this guides you. If you're putting yourself out there then you need a professional ( not a so called one that shoots Hooters Bike Night and Girls in his basement) to showcase you.

Mick lives in Florida and needs to stay in great shape. He's trying to relive his glory days of the early to mid 1990's. Not a bad thing. Mick looks good and continues to live the lifestyle. He just needs a good professional photographer to capture his essence.
