As I am getting ready to start my bulk on the road to 300 pounds I want to show you guys how easy it is to eat clean and still get high calories this is only 3 meals and i am getting a whopping 6316 calories, imagine when you are eating 5 meals plus snacks, now you understand why I wont have any problems making 300 pounds.
Meal 1. 2 whole wheat bagel with two tablespoon of macadamia nut butter on each and a cup of coconut milk with a dash of honey 1600 calories.
Meal 2. two pieces of sirloin steak grilled from two pounds of meat with two large potatoes and 1 avocado and two tablespoon of coconut oil 2,556 calories.
Meal 3.scrambled eggs made with 8 whole eggs and virgin coconut oil with a cup of oatmeal and coconut milk 2160 calories.
Total calories 6316

The trick is to slowly work your way up to 6000 calories you are currently eating 2500 calories you dont just jump to 6000 calories that would be crazy, I just wanted people to see how easy it is to eat healthy with high calories with no dirty bulking.

Your calories are way off. That's only about 4k calories, not 6.3k calories.

I dont use whey protein or any dairy products apart from yogurt and fermentated cheese, milk raises the acidic levels in the body increasing inflammation and setting the environment for all kind of sick cells to grow, yogurt is different because for the fermentation it got rid of the acid so its good for you.

The summer is for muscular definition and the winter is for bulking and all the food that I have posted is very healthy its time to get big as long as you can see your abs you are ok.

eat 200 grams of protein and then make up the rest of your calories with a majority of low glycemic index carbs and some fats and you will look exactly the same as you would eating a strict "clean" diet.

Yes see you are finally learning, low glycemic index carbs is the key to keeping blood sugar levels low so you dont get fat not chocolate biscuits and salty chips, I am glad to see one of my students finally learning something now I know I am not teaching in vain.

GI rating for some common carbohydrates
A Glycaemic Index of less than 55 is considered Low, 56 to 69 Medium and greater than 70 is High. Values will vary depending on brand, variety, ripeness, preparation etc. The following table contains the GI for a selection of foods (Hamilton 2005) [1].

You have to remember when you are using a chart like that you have to remember that you are a bodybuilder and you have to think about salt because excessive salt will bloat you and make you look smooth.

You are aware that the gi chart is not an accurate representation of food, to make it simple for you so a child can understand,dont eat carbs where the natural fiber has being stripped away and sugar added to it.

Lack of knowledge again well dont worry the teacher is here, a potato fiber is in the skin once you peel off the skin it becomes a fast digesting food and crash your blood sugar levels.

1 medium potato with skin =GI 76
1 medium potato without skin = GI 98
so a difference of 22 will crash your blood sugar?
Tell me, what if I add additional fats and proteins to my potatoes, will it make a difference?
