Five-Alive. Been having a ice cold refreshing glass after a workout since 1978. Back then it was what you did...now we know better but I still love the taste. The gym used to be littered with this stuff. Now...the gym is littered with Powerads, Gatorads and Fruit Works.

I've done this. Problem is the fizz. I've actually brought a few beers to the gym. Sat on a bench and cracked them open. Those were the days...nobody cared. Now do that and see what happens.

This is good! sugar form coffie cake not make you fat if you eat right after lifting waits but make you fat if you just eat all the time but not lift but if you do it works. key is to eat very fast and not chew slow or else sugar enter blood under tonge and not in stomach which will make you fat to.
