After a trucker killed a mum and three of her kids while using his phone as he drove, her family have worked with police to produce this heartbreaking video - including horrifying footage from inside his cab at the moment of impact.
Tomasz Kroker has been jailed today for 10 years for causing the deaths of Tracy Houghton, her two sons Josh and Ethan, and her stepdaughter Aimee Goldsmith.

Easily could have happened changing a dial on the radio. I'm sure much worse than this occurs with twats checking their social media all day.

Perhaps, but normally changing the station on your car radio is less involved than talking on the phone and certainly more than texting.

If the driver had an in dash interface and was looking up and artist...same result. If he were on Facebook, this would be a much better message. Most accidents are human error...of course. Poor skills, lack of brain function, etc. We all encounter poor driving maneuvers every day. The real problem is giving everyone a license like it's a birth right. How many people do you see behind the wheel who are half retarded. At least 3 a day. It wouldn't be popular for a politician to make more strict driving tests though, so we will never see it. Let the carnage commence.

Agreed, but from time to time...driving is so dull and easy for me...I challenge myself by texting a healthy paragraph on my flip phone, while cruising down a windy countryside road. It's rewarding and risky and the rush that drives me.

Friend of mine used to frequently drive high as a kite (on xtc) after having a couple of beers. He assured us all was fine, but in hindsight probably wasn't. Guy saw lamp-posts as curtains of light, whilst speeding on the highway home to his wife, all the meanwhile playing that pokemon shit on his phone.
How he hasn't hurt anybody, I don't know. Some are just lucky.

How ham handed is that? Guess they cut the guy who didn't weep and reminded her that she wasn't texting and the guy who hit her wasn't texting, so nobody was driving all that safely on that fateful day even if they weren't playing with a phone.

A guy texting turned into a road in front of an oncoming 18 wheeler, he swerved and hit her car.
Now, whos fault is that?
Its instinct to swerve, he should have hit his brakes and rammed the guy on his phone, he didnt, you cant blame him or her for that.
