ok i didnt know what catagory ephedra would fall into so i figured this would be good considering... all i wanted to know was the ammount to use during a workout.. i swim by the way... im 6'4 190 and i didnt wanna take too much and have my heart explode haha..
p.s. i know ephedra isnt that hardcore but i figure might as well be safe.. thnx

What's the difference between ephedra and ephedrine?
I mean in effectiveness. Is it stacked the same, etc.? I know ephedrine is a component of ephedra but which one is the E in an ECA stack? And why is Ephedra a federal offense and ephedrine not?

I'm taking Ephedrine right now for leaning out. They're these little pills you buy at a gas station for 5 or 6 bucks, they sell them as a "bronchodilator and expectorant." truck drivers use them to stay awake, and i use them when i diet. right now I take two tabs, (total of 50 mg) three times a day, quite effective at raising the heart rate and suppressing appetite.
