You don't know whats going on here? There are some guys that like watching this. Plus, its a perversion. Yes, just like some men like dressing up in women's clothes. Its a turn on or rush to go out in public. The same applies to men who are past their expiration date with bodybuilding and venture out on stage in a tight speedo. They get off on it.
