After she lost the blue wall (Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin) her path to victory was gone, even though all the votes weren't in at the time. It was at that time when she broke down and was crying inconsolably. There was no way she could compose herself and concede at that time, she was a wreck. That's why she waited until late in the morning to concede.
