If you are not burning fat in the gym its because you are doing the lazy man workout and not burning enough calories, if I go to the gym and do 6 sets of squats 6 sets of lunges and 6 sets of deadlifts and you go sit on the leg extension machine and do 6 sets then sit on the leg press and do 6 sets and sit on the lower back machine and do 6 sets who do you think is burning more calories.
Now you do why you are not getting shredded stop being lazy get hardcore.
