I am one of the few posters that make getbig great I teach everybody how to train and eat properly and now everybody will be motivated and inspired watching me bulk up to 300 pounds now because of the coach I am thinking of going for my pro card next year, you guy will witness history.

Pre 2008 or so was great here, it was literally like the Wild West, then Facebook, Twitter etc popped up, all the pros, figure girls etc realised they could get attention there.

i went to thailand, girl said i have a nice build, said I just need about 10-15kg more size to really fill out delts, arms, forearms and look really wow
so the girl says i need to be about 105-110kg jacked at 182cm
a lot of work to be done
