Today is chest day and I can't decide; give me the pros and cons. :)

well the talk of the town is the pressing movemnet is the meat and potatoes, sapping you of power then flyes is the squeezing finisher
unless, you start with the flyes as a warm up kinda exercise setting you up for some heavy presses

pre exhaust with flies so you dont end up like Italian Lifter

Why not alternate each workout?
