Do you attribute the loose skin on your lower abs more to your age or the fact that you needlessly bulked up too much in the offseason?

Isn't Mike 50+? It could very well be a grandchild. There is also nothing wrong with having a child at 50+ but it obviously isn't the norm.

(My girlfriends son had a baby/Bailey Rose), .. when the kid is graduating high school I would be close to 70 years old?... is that really fair to do to someone? Nope no kids for me ... (thank you all for your congratulations!) .... keep training/love you guys! (well.... most of you lol)
