Really? The Walmart ones will work. Otherwise, try Craig's List.

Not trying to be a wise ass but a buddy of mine used to cut hair outta his house in the Valley. Walmart, Target clippers broke and he didn't want to spend hundreds on the hairdressers marked up bullshit. He looked in a Vet catalog and bought a fucking pair. Best one's he's ever had. Sharpe as a tack and built tough.

Probably got the vet version of the oster76. Those things last for 30 years if you take care of them.

Wahl Balder. Very reliable. Without any attachment it cuts very close to the skin.

I use a Wahl pet clipper too. Something like their UClip model. It's lasted probably 3x-4x longer than any human clipper I had.  I don't notice a difference in cut quity, but it is a bit noisier.

That being said most barbers I know that do it professionally, like this Andis Outliner models or the Oster SL's.  -

The one you have is probably just dull.  Spend a big $1 on some 6k grit sandpaper, put it on a tile or glass or perfectly flat surface, wet, and push the blades across.  You could probably also just put some lapping compound/jeweler's rouge between the blades and let it run but I've never tried that.

Be a man and learn how to sharpen stuff.
