Trump is one of the reasons I started thinking about this. I remember my dad reading Donald Trump books when I was a kid like 25 years ago lol.

i'd suggest anything by jim rohn, preferebly audio, they might not be as specific as you may want but its hard not to pick up a few pearls of wisdom listening to that man.

great book... it's a long read but very informative. A kid I knew let me borrow it from time to time last winter and I'd read a chapter or two every few days.
  There's another one I believe is by the same author, "The 12 Laws of War" I think it was.
