Between meals: 5 raw eggs, big spoon of high protein Greek yogurt, big spoon of Ricotta, scoop of Pea protein + Brewers yeast .
Pre-bed: 5 raw eggs, big spoon of high protein Greek yogurt, big spoon of Ricotta, scoop of Casein(unsweet) + L-Ornithine .

I do the raw egg thing mixed with other goods in my blender too. Over 3 eggs and the yolk flavor is strong, but that's why I mix other food in. A lot of people are weirded out by it, can't really blame them. Been doing it for years.
