Yeah but he looked better then everyone IMO, and that physique beats his bloated mess physique anyday.
Bodybuilding standards today, ruins peoples healths and physiques overtime. Palumboism kicks in, sooner then later for some.
If he maintained a physique like this, I can bet he would be much healthier overall today plus look better.

Sad part is that you're not even close to being "in shape" at 190. Just another deluded perma-bulker. You would be in shape at 150 if you're lucky.
