Title: MMA guy here
Post by: CageFitr on November 28, 2016, 09:17:30 PM
Howdy all. I'm doing UFC training for the most part and looking to up my strength game. Not looking to get too big like Arnold. Just want to get some more power into my striking. I appreciate all input. Thanks guys.

Well, make sure you supplement creatine both intra AND post workout. If you "triple-blast" your creatine you may get too big.

Also, have you considered training with an altitude mask? Could really help your endurance.

Very important to implement Orange Roughy to your diet, at least 4 days a week, for that lean mass.

Dips, chins, and mostly bodyweight exercises.

Look at Muay Thai boxers, they generally don't have a lot of muscle, their power comes from speed and technique.

You are no cage fighter and definitely not in the UFC or even training for a remote possibility of being in the UFC.  Even the way you express yourself is like a total noob to fighting, otherwise you would say "im doing MMA training".  If you really were anywhere near UFC caliber you wouldnt need to come on getbig (of all places!) for training advice.

Be careful of creatine because as you know it's a steroid sold in GNC and in 30 days you'll be too big to fight.

I understand what you need bro and I can help you. Don't listen to these negative individuals here. They are hostile and very angry over their personal disappointments and the cards life has dealt them. None of them have a girlfriend so that says a lot. PM and I'll set up a strength program for your fight training.

Bodybuilding doesn't build striking power.

Be sure to have a Green Smoothy with the Orange Roughy.   It's the perfect combination of smooth and rough, which the muscles need for growth.

Make sure to take 1/2 scoop of CellTech, make sure it's CellTech Hardcore, because you are hardcore, not a pussy. And only 1/2 scoop because you don't want to get TOO big, just kinda big and athletic, so you can beat people in fights. I'd try to use BCAA's but those might get you too jacked...
