Title: What is the bodybuilding IDEAL?

For a guy who is 6'4" with good shape and dedication. What is the ideal bodyweight/ proportions in order for him to win the mr. Olympia.

in your new pic you are 240 ?

you would be like 210 onstage so you need 120 lbs more to be mr.O

Dude, you were 210 at 12%bodyfat in those pics taken one week ago in a stall by another GB members.

So, did you gain 40 pounds of muscle in 7 days, or are you fibbing?

Thats why I asked. You can combine your weights and 240s and i would still own you guys :)

Well you may be right. For that i would need to weight at least 600 pounds of powerlifter fat.

But don't worry my friend, I will dedicate my mr. Montreal title to you and Ct for being my biggest fans. :)

you don't know what goes on during the show ?

pretty simple.

in the morning it is the prejudging so you are getting compared with the other competitor.

then at 6 or 7 pm, it is the final where you do your posing routine for the crowd and they give the trophies
