Yes.

Same as our complete specie. We - as general -  have peaked physically and mentally.

Yes!!! Hard to say he was underrated though, the guys ahead of him were just incredible. He'd be top 5 in the O today & any other era. Plus his frame could've held a lot more size. I'd definitely say baker was underrated, he should've consistently placed higher than he did.
