Title: Muesli is so much better for muscle than plain oatmeal

I have being eating a lot of muesli recently for breakfast its so much more nutritional than just oatmeal a bit more expensive but worth it, just pour it in a bowl add greek yogurt and you ready for the day, I am using this brand the nutritional mix is amazing.

Ingredients
Whole Grain Wheat, Date Crumbles, Sunflower Seeds, Raisins (Raisins, Sunflower Oil), Whole Grain Rye, Whole Grain Barley, Whole Grain Oats, Whole Grain Triticale (wheat), Flaxseed, Almonds and Walnuts.

good tip i can feel my biceps growing when eating muesli where as when i eat oatmeal i only feel it slightly in my left calf

You need to add kale and spinach if you want your biceps and left calf to grow at the same time.

I love this stuff, I was introduced to this food for the first time on my ship, they serve it to crew in our breakfast menu, it was in a huge pan next to our oatmeal, I never knew what it was..it looked like a combo of oats, cereal, and granola. I gave it a shot one day and wow, it's amazing, but the way they make it for the crew its super caloric. They make it in a huge pan, and they soak it in milk, honey, cinnamon, over night, they also add chopped apple, nuts in the mix along with the muesli. I guess it's huge overseas, hasn't really caught on in America for some reason, but literally I would say 8 out of every 10 of our employees from international countries eat this daily for breakfast.

Yes most are very skinny and I would say 98% of them never worked out a day in there lives, just not a priority to them.

You are an idiot beyond help so this reply is for people looking to learn, the problem with the cereals you posted is  they are processed junk with an excessive amount of refined sugar when you eat that crap you get a massive spike in your insulin which causes leptin the hormone that controls hunger to go crazy and even though you have a lot of food in your system you will feel hungry again eat more and store it as body fat, plus if you keep spiking your insulin levels in this way you increase your risk of getting diabetes.

Stupid reply but I will explain again for people looking to learn, ectomorphs produce very little insulin naturally so they are able to eat junk and still look fairly lean plus if they are on a cycle of steroids they will be even more ripped, but that is on the outside on the inside they are a mess even if you are ripped constantly spiking your insulin levels with process food will increase your risk of diabetes, high blood pressure which leads to kidney disease, heart problems and nerve damage now add steroids to the equation and you are a walking dead man.

If anybody thinks what I am saying is bullshit go ask any doctor and they will tell you the same thing.

Nope there plenty of people on getbig who want to workout and eat healthy, can you tell me something that is more important than good health, you could have all the money and power in the world but if you are in poor health your life would still suck.

that might be true, but with that being equal, isnt it the better choice to for the one that holds more stuff that is good for you and less that is not? if so, muesli wins.

They serve it cold on my ship, it tastes great dude, like I said they soak it overnight in milk, honey, cinnamon, add chopped apples, and chopped almonds, but it should be a thick consistency, not soupy like cereal.

muesli is ready to eat raw you dont have to cook it, I just mix it with some greek yogurt and leave it for 15 min because I like it when the grains are soft and its ready to eat, nutritious and no effort to prepare.

thanks 8inch and go4it both recipes sound good. i eat mostly tortilla chips with sometimes french onion dip during the day i get no crashes i also have plain oatmeal inthe morning with black strap molasses

I only use Muesli as part of my PCT to hold on to gains.
GH + Muesli is a good synergy for PCT to keep gains.
