Too many women spend all their time in the gym doing cardio. This girl found that lifting weights was a far better tactic to lose weight and get the body she wants. She looks much better and healthier in the after pic.

Would not surprise me she lifted in the first photo or did some form of exercise, just ate too much. Her face is pretty hot in that photo which I've seen on girls before who do train but don't know what to eat.

Yep, she changed her diet. That's what led to her transformation.
