I have two suppliers that I use... one is u.g. and everybbody knows he is legit... and another is a good friend... and I know he is legit too.... but dont personally know what "legit gear" is supposed to look like to begin with. So I have used it to gain a better understanding of what the reals and fakes look like. It feels good to check your stuff and see that it is for sure legit, even if you already knew.....j

To be clear, the only perfectly legit gear is pharmaceutical grade that you get by prescription that is made by a large drug company.

I would take that over anything.

If you use UG, you have to go by reputation and then by personal experience.

like i said i know nothing about non-legal supps...but have alot of bodybuilding and nutritional knowledge.

is there something wrong with asking for help????

if someone asked a stupid question re: normal supps...i would not laugh at them i would help...
