Pretty funny listen.
40 minute wait to get a sandwich. High prices. Long lines. Everybody paid exactly the same.
Restaurant opened at random times decided by the employees(no set hours).
Livable wage for employees and a union was established.
Their business model did not allow for bosses or managers.
