Admits to why he charges so much for his training services.

I was speaking with a pro at the 2012 Arnold and he said he was texting Hany Rambod back and forth discussing his gear cycle with him. So presumably, that's common. And that makes sense.
-
I really doubt these athletes would use drugs, let alone talk about them. The IFBB handbook prohibits it and mentions testing procedures.

I remember backstage at my first show, it was before the prejudging I was talking to this bodybuilder he was commenting on my conditioning, told me I looked great, he asked me who my coach was, I didn't have a coach I just did the show on the whim, the legendary Blockhead helped me the last 24hrs before the show, so I told the guy nobody, I asked him, he told me George Farah and he told me he pays 5k for the year, couldn't believe it...the guy didn't make top 5, this was a local show, I get the top guys working with elite coaches but 5k for a local show, seems a bit steep. :-\

It's like a woman paying tons of money for a boob job when she looks like a deformed troll to begin with. You can put makeup on a pig but it's still a pig. Some people are in extreme denial about their genetics/beauty.

That's why u work with local coaches who knows their shit for a good price, rimjob, aceto, Farrah, are reserved for those guys that are either competitive pros or amateurs that have the genetics to turn pro

Exactly, and I don't think that should be a surprise. I used to wonder how that could work, but these days I don't see how it could work any other way. Then again, when I started following bodybuilding, I didn't even think every bodybuilder was on steroids.

ive spent 5k on his supplements alone

dave palumbo said bodybuilders just use coaches because they are insecure men that need someone to tell them they look great

And this surprises you?
What do you think the main job of these so called coaches and gurus is?
To provide diet advice? ::) ::) ::)
-
dave keeps it real more than most of the legends. he made dj feel a bit uncomfortable when he after he asked "you used chad right?" Then he said "everyone started using the chad after the diuretics ban." Lol
-
haha people are surprised by this?? WTF?? Do you thing fuck faces like Hany Rimjob actually know anything about training...wtf do you think is magical FS7 protocols are all about?? Hint: (making the most out of SEO injections) they are the greasiest scumbags in an industry full of scumbags!!!

One things for sure this is definitely the way to go if you want to make money in this sport, establishing clientele is definitely the hard part, but i can only imagine what these coaches are pulling in, and i cant imagine they pay much if anything in taxes. .this is a cash business.

If you use dennis james it must be for his drug connections not his nutrition advice this is the guy who recently said at a seminar that if you are not eating every 2 to 3 hours your body will go catabolic and you could lose muscle.
