It is so simple you might ask yourself why you did not think of it before, go to a wholesale place if you want to get it cheaper and buy two box of peanut butter, everyday you get up apart from your regular meals eat one entire jar of peanut butter each day you will get 4750 calories, 400 grams of healthy fat and 200 grams of protein plus the calories from your meals, you will get big so fast people at the gym will ask you what is your secret.

Because I am very knowledgeable in bodybuilding and nutrition I have completed in the past and I am well respected in the industry.

if you ate 4750 cals a day of anything over your normal food intake you will get fat pretty quick

Peanut butter is delicious open the jar get a tablespoon and it goes down very fast its not hard to eat the entire jar.

Yes but are a omega 6 fat source..if anything you want highest fat #s coming in the form of omega 3s.

You should already be getting plenty of omega 3 from your regular meals some extra omega 6 wont kill you, you will be fine.
Most bodybuilding diets have a deficiency in omega 3, seeing that most common sources of protein coming from,  chicken,  beef, eggs,  turkey...unless you are however a big fish eater (Levrone:fish /rice/broccoli every meal)...adding more omega 6s in the form of pb wouldn't be the best choice.

Ah yes I forgot that bodybuilders are still stuck in that limited source of food crap, during this phase make salmon, herring, sardines and tuna your main protein source,  add chia seeds and flax seeds to your meals, there you just gave yourself an excessive amount of omega 3s in your diet.

 Healthy fats build muscle because when you train you damage your muscle tissue and increase inflammation in the body and the healthy fats help to repair this.

I understand proper nutrition does not make sense for dumb meathead bodybuilders but if you are willing to open your mind your results would improve 10 fold.

Start from a quarter jar and workout your way up if you are feeling full go for a walk or do some light cardio to get hungry and you want to be taking a lot of dumps when you are bulking on high calories.
