Hopkins gave a decent enough performance given his age, maybe winning 2 of the rounds. That being said poor showing by him claiming he was pushed instead of KOed. Also, for those watching the HBO feed, man was Roy Jones riding Hopkins's jock hard :(.

A lot of people don't realize what an impressive feat it was for Hopkins to go 8 rounds with somebody in their prime who is a world class athlete.
Smith could walk into any bar and destroy ANYBODY in it in seconds, and a 52 year old man took his best for 8 rounds- impressive display of skill
Hopkins unlike Floyd didn't run and cherry pick his whole career, Hopkins can be a loud mouth for sure, but you can't deny he's one pf the BEST -EVER
