The only thing you fight is getting out of the pet cage your dominatrix throws you in.

No, its Darren Avey with another account, thats why he ignored the "Durham" question.

Only need to remember 2 things for your fight:
1. You are a gimmick.
2. There is no fight.

Give Tysons conditioning regimen a shot
Daily Regime (7 days a week):
5am: get up and go for a 3 mile jog
6am: come back home shower and go back to bed (great workout for those huge legs of his)
10am wake up: eat oatmeal
12pm: do ring work (10 rounds of sparring)
2pm: have another meal (steak and pasta with fruit juice drink)
3pm: more ring work and 60 mins on the exercise bike (again working those huge legs for endurance)
5pm: 2000 sit-ups; 500-800 dips; 500 press-ups; 500 shrugs with a 30kg barbell and 10 mins of neck exercises
7pm: steak and pasta meal again with fruit juice (orange i think it was)
8pm: another 30 minutes on the exercise bike
then watch TV and then go to bed.
Before jogging in the morning he did a lot of stretching followed by 10 jumps onto boxes and 10 bursts of sprints, then he went jogging.
At 12pm he sparred.
At 3pm he did focus mitt work or heavy bag work inside the ring. He warmed up for all ring work with light exercises such as skipping or shadow boxing or speed ball.
At 5pm Tyson did 10 quick circuits, each circuit consisting of: 200 sit-ups, then 25-40 dips, then 50 press-ups, then 25-40 dips, then 50 shrugs, followed by 10 mins of neck work on the floor. What an animal

First, grab a handgun and make sure it's loaded. Second, put the barrel in your mouth and pull the trigger as many times as you can. You can't lose with this advice.

Are you being sarcastic? No way he did that every day.

No, not being sarcastic at all, I think this was an exert taken from a Kevin Rooney interview (who was Tyson's trainer), have you ever seen what fighters (mma and boxing) training regimens consist of? They train 3 and even 4 sessions a day.

This is true. Which is why they call it a training camp. Obviously doing this everyday for the whole year would burn you out but not for an 8 or 10 week camp. Fighting at a high level is a full time job.

Exactly just watch pretty much any HBO's 24-7 boxing series, you'll see how these guys train, conditioning/ring work/bag work/strength training..Mayweather is a beast, when he's in camp he trains every day, all random hours too.

Focus on building explosive strength.

Get a black belt in Tapout and Affliction.
Then you will get the ibiza-esque girls.
Am Sirius,

Whatever routine you do, make sure you eat a jar of peanut butter before, during and after. You'll be 300lbs in no time.

Train like a bodybuilder or a power lifter and you will lose the fight. Devote yourself to mat time. Run both sprints and distance. Train with sparring, bag work and body weight exercises. You can throw in maybe 3 or 4 weight exercises for explosive purposes like cleans, snatches, squats and military press. The bench will do nothing for your athletics attributes.
Having a 400 horse power engine with no fuel in the tank will result in getting slaughtered.

Basically looking for tips to pop the pectorals out more. This will intimidate my opponent when he looks across the octagon and sees the pecs.
