Yea I don't know if he actually said it but i think we can all agree even Albert that russia doesn't give a shit about human rights. They will slaughter everyone to make sure they neutralize the threat. Im glad they got involved in the middle east again at the very least it gives the bat shit crazy jihadist someone else to concentrate their stupidity on.
