2007 O he didn't look his best but he was 50 or so by then.

saw him at the British Grand Prix in 91, he did his terminator routine, brought the house down
-
Hmm.. looks very oily in both the 07 and 06
-
He said in an interview that he only dieted for seven weeks for the 2007 Mr. Olympia, due in part to not having a sponsor. Sad that I guy can come back at that age looking that good and not find a sponsor. In 2006, he placed 11th, just behind Gunter Schlierkamp, even though Taylor was 50 years old at the time. In that sense, his comeback at the age of 50 was more successful than Levrone's comeback at age 50 or 52, or however old Kev is - 51, I think.

Yes, I brought this up during Levrone's prep this year. But Taylor didn't really stop training like Kevin did.

Vince may have some of the best genetics for BB ever. (Receptors, ability to put on size while training light, lack luster diet, etc).
Aceto had an office at the gym Vince trained at, would see him doing very light training, drinking coke, eating hot dogs.
Look at him now at age 63 (next month), looks amazing and I would guess just on TRT. His 2-part interviews on John Hansen's podcast are great.
I believe this vid was from last year.

And from this year: (Odd contraptions though)
-
Better bodybuilder than Dexter Jackson ?

Most guys can train light and put on weight when on gear
And that’s nothing special, a lot of guys ate like he did
I acknowledge he has very good genetics but many top pros do as well

True...but had Vince trained any lighter, he would have been using the link dumbells.
He was an incredible responder. Realistically, Vince could have taken gear, ate junk food, and not even worked out, and looked like a top amateur competitive bodybuilder - if I had to guess.
His training was...like watching a woman train.
Watch his 2006 Battle for the Olympia training segment.

Better bodybuilder than Dexter Jackson ?
X2
Definitely
And that’s saying something as Dexter is Very Good.

In the above video at 44:00 he states that he is currently only training once a month and eats two, sometimes just one meal a day. Yet he stays very muscular at age 61. That's crazy genetics. He also says in another part of the video that he already had 17 or 18 inch arms before he got into bodybuilding seriously.
Wake up shit head.
Anyone who believes that Vince Taylor trains once a month is a DUMB FUCK.
-
On the recent John Hansen Podcast, he mentions training 2x a week...

Wake up shit head.
Anyone who believes that Vince Taylor trains once a month is a DUMB FUCK.
Anyone that believes anything that comes from a black bodybuilder’s mouth is a dumb fuck

Watching his training in 2006 leads me to believe him.
Also, a Getbigger called Vince at home. His mom answered, and said he eats fries washed down with Coke on a daily basis. That was his diet.
-
Doesnt matter anyways,he's healthy, looks great at age 63, and people worship "nuttin but a peanut brain", a crippled mess who wont be around long.
Vince for the win...
-
You mean better than Levrone 01 ??
actually i remember in flex magazine after this show, nasser said he should've placed ahead of him and most of the top 6 that year

Dont make it about black fella's, BB's in general are liars. Fake pageant (not a sport) of peace.
Some of the best guy's in BB are African American (Lee Haney = GOAT).
Arnie (White) is scum.

Ask him if he got copious amounts of white pussy during his prime years.

He was around 50 in these videos. What do you expect him to do--lift like an animal and beat the logbook? He's coming in and getting a pump, training the target muscle and letting the drugs do the work. A pretty smart way to train when you're juiced up with prime genetics, let alone at age 50.
On an aside, the one arm pulldowns he does at the start with the hammer strength pulldown machine are a GREAT way to hit your back. Really isolates the back muscles, takes the arms out of it completely. Give them a try, they're good for a great pump.
E: I forgot he was using 3 plates per side on the modified pulldowns. That's pretty strong, considering he goes for 20-30 reps/set.

Hard to ask when the interview was like 3-years ago (replay). But I'm sure he did. A nice guy and not a thug, and he lived in Germany for a long time.
He mentioned "all the beautiful women". Really great 2-part interview, great work as always John.
If anyone here like the history of the thing-sport, John's podcast is top notch. The Jon Loyd one was great (Bostin's Dad). Lots of great stories.

Thank you and thanks for listening to the podcast. The Joey Fulco one was good too, he had some great stories about Steve Michalik.

Routine in 2001:

Guy looked awesome.

Next time ask him about his cock. It's size, conquests of white bitches and its current functionality. Asking for Howard.
