That's a good point, although I wonder if he was smart enough to realize the drug use and health risks required to excel in 2004 era of mass monsters wasn't worth it. I remember he tried a half-hearted comeback a few years later that fizzled.

I think so. This is when Ronnie was 294 onstage. Era of mass monsters. I don't think he ever had any intentions of getting huge.

10-12% bodyfat seems accurate, if not a bit conservative?
With 16 hashtags though he's going into Heath territory...

Crazy back detail, but weak legs.

Was way leaner and more separated when I saw him.

Not really singing his praises. I'm not a ran.

I think hes even lower than 10%, just bloated, you can clearly see the abs, but holds a lot of water, hard to tell really.

One of these days I will tell you the inside story of Richard Jones, the rise and the fall.  The lies, the empty promises, the manipulation,  the mistakes.

So he quit bbing to persue other interests at the time, like education and wasn't willing to "use what it took" to take his physique to another level hence why he quit, but over the years he was still on copious amounts of gear but doesn't compete?? Makes no sense and wants to make a comeback in his 40's?

Did a few contests, then the O which he placed last, lost interest and said he decided to go back to school and said competitive bbing wasn't for him blah blah

Shawn got pissed

nice build/flow,not over powering ,he should stay lighter and if he competed go 'classic'.
