Title: killed legs today! inspiring post inside

ok so i did my usual full body workout today, i do that shit 3 times a week, not 2 times, not just once - three times! i dont see anyone else doing that?

anyway

after hitting back and chest and shoulders it was time for legs, i save the best for last

i did 3 sets of 10 on the leg press, then i did seated leg curls and decided to SUPERSET it with leg extensions! so i switch back and forth between those two machines for a total of 3 sets of 15 (!) on each machine!!!

needless to say i was pretty wasted after that, but i have no doubt that if i keep this up, i will make some significant gains in the months to come  8)

it also feels good to be ahead of the new year resolution crowd, i do my shit three times a week, rain or shine, weekdays, weekends, i even was in the gym christmas day! and i will be there new years day too.

dedication and discipline is needed if you want to win in the iron game.

You should hop on creatine. For maximum gains used 10 grams a day the first week as a loading phase.

I remember using that EAS Phosphate Creatine or whatever it was called back in 96 or so. That shit was potent. I wasnt on the sauce or anything other than high protein and that EAS Phosphate and the gains were amazing. I still think something else was going on with that stuff

I got similar results with gaspari novedex, the original.

Creatine just gave me stomach cramp and diarrhea.  :-\

The original formula worked great. Whatever it is now is likely something different that doesn't work.

formulas in the early-mid 90s may as well have been a lighter steroid--shit worked

squats = chicken exercise, using whole body. assistance muscle needed.

I do leg press high and wide for hams and glutes.

Depends on how you squat. Medium squat with your feet straight and knees out (creating torque) hits the entire leg(quads, glutes, hams, etc..)...... For me at least.

For quads ill hit hack squats with feet low and narrow on the platform with a big arch in my back.... Same with leg press. (Although havnt hit legs in a long time after destroying my ankle. Literally walking with crutches/cane for 6+ months)

Did u sound like the guy @ 12:25? Otherwise u didn't "kill legs", u probably don't even have the slightest clue what "killing legs" feels like.

all i know is that its kill or be killed at the gym, it s an all out war, there can be only one and only one survives to tell about it and since im here telling you about it i did survive i was in the war i was killing it

You want big ass legs here is a simple tip put some heavy ass weights on your back to squat then squat down very slowly all the way down then explode back up, do each rep like this for 12 to 15 reps its very painful but I guarantee you that your legs will blow up.
