I've never liked steak but for a short time several years ago I was eating BBQ steak regularly and my muscles felt harder. Not sure if was real or just in my mind.

I don't know about any 'boost' but I was given a nice non-stick griddle last year and have become partial to the occasional pink rib-eye (oo-er missus!)
But I always have something in the back of my mind as I do so... :'(

8lbs FFS! Really? (Not doubting you, just, staggered...)
Because the first thing that comes to mind is 8lbs input = what? 5/6 lbs 'solid output'... Jeepers! Reminds me of a thing I once read regarding Sasquatch stools (I was bored, so kill me...)

3cc test cyp in each glute or shoulder ever couple days seems to work better.
