Because you have the mistaken belief that the lack of federal funding will harm the abortion mill Planned Parenthood, resulting in fewer abortions, and an increase in the number of women/kids on public assistance.

But I doubt you have reliable empirical evidence to support this belief.

Its not a belief but pure fact and I'm surprised that the GOP doesn't get behind this. A lot of street woman have a baby making contest so they can get as much public assistance as they can. Its been going on for decades. Hell, we made songs about it

It's a belief unsupported by the numbers. Show me where the majority of women who have abortions are poor and on public assistance.
