as long as you burn more calories than you eat per day? I think the answer is yes, theoretically, but in real life I think a person would easily be able to eat far more slop than they could burn off in a day. Cookies candy cheese pizza fries, etc are so calorie dense I'd need to run a marathon every day.

pro swimmers eat a lot, my guess is they spend their days swimming, eating and being on the toilet

I like to post before I do any research. I just looked up a guesstimate of what calories marathoner burns and the estimate is 100 calories per mile, for a whopping total of 2600 calories for a marathon. Heck, double that to 5,200 calories, still way easy to exceed via slop.

If you do intermittent fasting and stay busy throughout the day, you can eat pretty fucking liberally.
I'm doing contracting work right now and spend a lot of time running around. If I don't eat all day, workout, I can spend the last 6 hours of my evening eating anything I want and I stay shredded.
Minimal amounts of gear (a bit of test and mast), do the occasional caffeine and ephedrine to stay really tight and that's about it. If you're already a fat ass, you'll just stay in blimp territory and never shred down. Shred down FIRST, put in the work, and then maintain. It's a lot easier... I don't know why everyone just doesn't do one brutal cut of a life time, gets in shape and then stays in decent shape. It's a lot easy to do a mini two-week cut than it is spending a year weighing your chicken salads and crying to sleep every night.

6k kcals of cookies and cakes will give a different physique than6k kcals of chixken, mct oil, rice and oatmeal.
Insulins gonnas store whatever's in your bloodstream.
For instance, back when in had a mix up in my thyroid dose (well documented here.. Search for it), in was taking in 6-8k of nothing but dblcheeseburgers, pizza, doughnuts, etc... And I went from 230's at 10% to 215 at 7- 8%to 200 at 5-7% and i plateaued at about 3-4% bf and stayed atb3-4% bf allllll the way down to 173 or 178lbs (i forget), soninwas still losing muscle, just no fat.
Allll while maintaining 100mg + of tren/day, 2-3g test, 200+/day drol, etc... And eating doughnuts and pizza ALL DAY.
MIND YOU, thksnwas when I was mistakenly given he at 200mcg+/day instead of the 50mcg t4 in THOUGHT in was taking.
My CK levels were 1200 plus. (TSH was "zero negative" whatever thenfucknthat means) and in was shredded, but inalaonwoke upn3x in a week paralyzed from the chest down and was in the ER twice unable to walk. (Had sucknlownpptassium they thought my diaphragm and heart would stop working) (Thanks MPReasearchsupply... Fuckem scumbags in jail now for identity theft).
So in theory, yea...
But that was with a boatload of other drugs.

I was trying to illustrate a point. Been on plenty of diets and in plenty of shows very lean. My hard core days are over unless I hit the lotto.

Good luck not overeating if all of your diet consist of junk.
I think you can get away with the sugar if you are very active but the fat content of most junk food is usually what will jack up the calories.
Do not think being a bit flexible with just eating whatever the fuck tastes good, just mean you indulge time to time and do damage control by manipulating macros and calories around your cheat...

200mcg of T4 is not a monster amount. 50mcg of T4 would actually be pretty low.

Eat healthy and no more than your body requires, for good health's sake. It's a life style. Otherwise, the moment you stop training as much or as hard, due to injury, caring for a loved one, working overtime, etc., you'll turn into an sickly, fat bastard.

Half of people here are just fatties with no self control. The other half are fatties who are scared of missing the anabolic window, concerned with making gains and eating way more than their bodies need because they think it's conducive to their goals.
Juicing or not, you just need to eat a little over maintenance. Even on all the drugs there's only so much positive growth you can attain. The rest is just fat gains. I wish someone slapped me in the face for the decade or so that I fearfully permabulked and listened to all the shitty advice.
