Its a long video so I will provide cliffs he eats no meat he is a vegan lifter, for the past 15 years he eats only one meal per day of 1200 calories and builds muscle and get stronger from this, he does cardio in the morning and lift weights at night, he set a world record in powerlifting deadlifting 672 pounds at a bodyweight of 176, is this possible or is this guy making shit up.
