chest
shoulders
biceps
legs
im preparing for the gym by eating 4 cheeseburgers, large fries, can of monster energy + 1 glass of coke. and of course a pwo.
how about you?

Well this morn I did chest shoulders and triceps I went old school hardcore style, heavy bench press, weighted dips, military press, dumbbell lateral raises, triceps push downs and overhead tricep extensions, unlike you I am doing clean lean bulking.
My morning smoothie shake
1 scoop of hemp protein powder
1 scoop of soy lecithin granules
2 tablespoon of blackstrap molasses
tablespoon of flaxseed powder
tablespoon of sesame seeds
1 scoop of mix nuts, brazil, cashew,pistachios, peanuts
intra workout
bottle of coconut water mixed with creatine
post workout
grits made with coconut milk, soy milk, honey and cinnamon.

im not a fan of dips, but then i dont have shoulders of steel so thats probably why.

One of the main reasons why people mess up their shoulders on dips is that they go down too far and this put a lot of stress on the shoulder muscles this is the right way to do it.

its an interesting exercise, for a home gym for example it wouldnt take much to do dips, where as a full set up for bench requires a lot more.

Body wt dips done with good form are a tricep grower.
Works well if you do 'em after an isolation tricep move , like push downs.

Did tris,bis,fores and abs.5 sets of narrow grip bench 10-20,5 sets of barbel curls 15-25,5 sets of wrist curls 20-50 reps,5 sets of leg raises 15-25.Got home and measured arms at 22" at 245.

You can squat at home also just ask your fat neighbour to jump on your back and hold on tight and you just start squatting.

Seriously now, I've become lazier since I quit competing 20 years ago.
With each passing year I get a little bit less motivated to workout.
Now, I'm older, fatter and more of a pussy working out.

well there's a lot of fun training. it doesnt have to be bodybuilding one.
check out some videos with brian shaw for example, he got a pretty awesome looking private gym with lots of fun stuff!

time for some training once again! ill hit the gym in a couple of hours and now im just preparing for it, its the calm before the storm so im listening to some leonard cohen and digesting my meal which consisted of 2 cheese burgers, 1 big mac and 1 can of monster energy :D

6 sets of pull ups and 4 sets of leg raises and 30 minute walk.

I'll be honest, I don't train regularly because as a natural I can get to my max muscle size with 3 weeks of hard training and muscle memory. I need sterons :(
