for me bodybuilding is just a stepping stone, after you've peaked its time to set new goals here are some suggestions:
triathlon
crossfit
running a marathon
power lifting
olympic lifting
ninja warrior
strong man
mma or other martial art
rock climbing
hiking
swimming
cruising single bars

there will come a time when you just will need to maintain, and that can be done with 2 times a week training for 45 minutes.
and you probably be pretty lean year round, so eating is not going to take a lot of time either.
so youll end up with a lot of free time on your hands.
i think the diaz brothers are pretty cool, fighting on the top level AND doing triathlons.

I think Dave palumbo and Romano said after the 15yr mark, you kinda lose the drive for bodybuilding... I've been doing this 21yrs, and the injuries add up. However, now I'm qualified for masters, I may give it a go for another 3-5yrs... Other than that ill just cruise a s maintain 225-230ish.
