The 1812 Overture has brought that feeling, although I've never actually shed a tear. If you know the backstory to the song, and think about it as its playing you know exactly what's happening. A people and the will to survive and fight back against tyranny. Great piece of music. If only Europe had the balls to rise up against the invasion now...

It is interesting how the director tried to cover up the arm/hand flapping...

Terrible, just terrible. Terrible song, terrible video, terrible fate.

I didn't give a flying f*ck when my grandma passed away last month, but that song made me cry.

I forgot to add "Make You Feel My Love" which is a Bob Dylan song that Adele does an awesome version of. Makes me think of my kids (extra no homo). Still have t actually cried, but it does elicit an emotional response in the body.

Not the dog, the owner dies at work and the dog waits for him coming home at the train station he left him at.

Fucking brutal how devoted the dog is, its based on a true story

Watching this promo for Gears Of War featuring "Disturbed" Sound Of Silence, had me just about bawling thinking of my Dad.  But I do my best not to dwell on things that can drag you down and put you in a funky negative mood.  It's not always easy.  But if all you do is think of the past and what might of been, it can bring you down in a hurry.

Nothing wrong will letting good Art make you feel something, and stir your emotions inside you.  Be it a beautiful song, well written movie or a painting, a well executed sports play, a fighters entrance etc, or your sleeping child.  I love when the hair on the back of my neck stands up.  A lot of different situations can make that happen.  Last time was a few weeks ago when Clemson scored the touchdown to win the Championship with 1 second left.  Wow, what a movie ending.

I have yet to read all the above comments but on rare occasions I have had the opportunity to see motion picture productions before the sound track was completed which really shows you the importance of the appropriate music when added to a film.

Watch a major live action scene or a death scene or a love scene or a scene with a lot of lovable puppies without the completed musical sound track and it often becomes very much like something that the director did not desire.
