Rich's arms look remarkably good in the "standing relaxed" position. It is really only in certain shots where the PMMA becomes more visible - the back crucifix pose would be one such example, where his triceps lump up. He has done a pretty good job at making his extreme size work for him. Others who take it to that level tend to look much more obviously like PMMA or synthol users.

Ron Teufel apparently got a skull tattoo removed from his shoulder. Only crownshep and Howard would know the details though.
I believe by the time of his pro card in 2007, Nathan DeTracy had a thigh tattoo disappear due to powerlifting.

At one point I consider getting skull tattoos three or four of them tattooed across both shoulders... After scene Chronicles of Riddick part 1. Lol

There is no need to worry about dallas heath he is not using more than any other pro, he is 6ft tall and has a very large frame that is why he is able to walk about at over 300 pounds and look good.
