6.30am 75g rolled oats, 1 scoop of whey protein and a banana

9am Tuna steak, whole wheat pasta and vegetables

11am Chicken breast, Basmati rice and vegetables

1pm Chicken breast, basmati rice and vegetables

3pm (Pre workout meal) Chicken breast, basmati rice and spinach

6.30pm (Post workout meal) Rump steak or chicken breast, Basmati rice and vegetables

8.30pm Chicken breast with vegetables or 2 Ryvita with high protein peanut butter

The only gains I'd make on 4500 calories a day would be fat gains.  What a ridiculous story.  Now somewhere a permabulker is being born because of this garbage.  My metabolism is a bit on the slower side but even with a hockey game, soccer game and 3 days weight training I still only need 2600-3000 calories per day to maintain.

I'm 255lbs at the minute and today I ate 4 scrambled eggs with toast, chicken burrito wrap x 2, 2 shakes I made with whey and berries and juice, a few biscuits and two cans of lucozade. Tomorrow I might eat double that, or if I'm don't have much of an appetite then I won't. Force-feeding yourself so many meals isn't the way to go.

Sure i could easily eat that. Hell i can smash 2k calories per meal without even feeling full, but ill instantly put on 5kg of pure fat that will stay with me for the rest of my life.

A lot of these creeps like to pretend they eat extreme amounts. It's the fact they have to make people think it takes something extreme to achieve their (mediocre at best) bodies. I had a lad in the shop doing work experience last year and he was on about eating two full chickens every night after training. Another spastic in our gym claims to eat steak for four meals a day and even blends it up to drink it. I think if you're eating to that extreme and look shit you should pick a new hobby

I mix one or two scoops of vanilla whey with some cranberry juice, frozen raspberries and blueberries (I use frozen as then I don't need to add ice), some (50-100g Greek yoghurt) and nutri bullet it.

That's a lot of rice for 1 day.  Unless he's on 2 grams of test, 20 IU HGH and Insulin, what's the point?

I had a co-worker several years back switch to an ultra low carb diet and he started doing Insanity workouts in his basement 3-4 times a week.  He lost a lot of weight, but he lost a ton of muscle in the process.  The muscle loss in his thighs was enormous, and he ended up with little stick legs like the guy in the picture.   The guy in the photo likely at one point was eating ultra low carb and doing very high intensity exercise, without adequate protein, and lost muscle rapidly.  At some point he realized his mistake, and started consuming carbs again, but the the muscle loss he suffered to his legs was already done.

I know 17 yr old soccer players who eat junk food everyday and binge drink every saturday with a better built like that. :D

So ridicolous regarding the "effort" some clowns put into their "fitness lifestyle" and what kind results they get.

No doubt. I've seen a lot better even on gym hacks. Hell, even at 56, after months of little to no training, eating poorly, too much drinking, smoking, and stress, I look better than that after a month back lifting. Many more gymrats look better than this..many.
